3. Digital Content and Purchases

Wyrmfall sells digital “packs” and virtual currency (“Gems”) for real money via WooCommerce. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Packs and Gems are digital content with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money.
• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT as applicable [confirm your VAT registration status].
• Card rarity and pack contents are randomised according to published odds (see our How to Play page). Actual results may vary from stated probabilities due to the nature of randomisation.
• A guaranteed “pity” mechanic ensures a minimum rarity threshold within a set number of pack openings, as described on the How to Play page.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Economy

• Cards, Gems, and other virtual items exist only within Wyrmfall and remain our property at all times — purchasing them grants you a limited licence to use them within the game, not ownership.
• Trading between players via the Trading Post is permitted only within the platform’s built-in system. Trading, selling, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the platform (including for real money) is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• We reserve the right to adjust drop rates, add or remove cards, or modify game mechanics at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

See our separate Refund Policy for full details. In summary: as digital content is typically delivered instantly upon purchase, standard UK distance-selling cancellation rights are generally waived once you consent to receive the content, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the game or its APIs
• Exploit bugs or technical faults for unfair advantage — please report these to us instead
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to defraud other players
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the site’s operation

Violation may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund of purchased content.

7. Intellectual Property
